How can we be safe from Gall bladder stone formation?
Gallbladder is a part of our digestive system which stores bile for the digestion of fat content in our diet. As food reaches small intestines, gallbladder contracts to eject the bile for the breakdown of food.
Now if Gallbladder stops contracting or is ineffective to pour out the bile then the constituents of bile crystallize and leads to stone formation.
Also if the stored bile contains more cholesterol than the bile juice can dissolve then this can lead to the formation cholesterol stone.This normally happens with cholesterol rich diet.
High fiber diet like vegetables, fruits , omega 3 fats,lean proteins are highly recommended as this does not stress the gallbladder for functioning.
Junk food, foods with high content of cholesterol , high fat diet,refined carbohydrates , food rich in trans fats should be strictly avoided.
Balanced diet , normal weight and physical activity is the key to the prevention of most of the disorders and can keep you safe from the formation of Gall stones also.
